Can’t get to our in-person classes? We got you! Our ‘Online Only Membership’ is just the ticket. For just £5 per month (auto-renewing until you cancel) you’ll enjoy access to our library of 20+ Pre-recorded On Demand classes available 24/7 and our live on-line interactive classes broadcast during the school holidays.
Mini Mozart’s online classes will introduce your little one to the piano, violin, french horn, flute, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet and cello (among others) with a mix of nursery rhymes and Classical Music.
The classes can bring structure and learning to days spent at home, so if the weather’s horrid and you don’t make it out of the house or your child isn’t feeling so well, you know you’ve done something positive to help your little one’s development.
Each of the 20+ On-Demand classes is based on a different fairy tale, fable, or inspirational role and we use interactive games to teach the little ones about pitch, rhythm and repertoire. You can enjoy the class without them, but if you have a shaker (rice in a jar will do), a lightweight scarf, a favourite cuddly toy and some bubbles knocking around, it’ll help you get the most out of the sessions
Cuffley’s classes are held at Cuffley Primary School which is also known as South Herts Music Centre on Saturday mornings. Hertfordshire Music Service instrumental lessons take place at the same time, so this could be the start of many years of music education at the venue!
Our resident pianist and orchestral musicians will educate and enchant you with a carefully curated mix of Classical Music, nursery favourites, props and games. You’ll leave having had a great time, having met some other parents & carers with babies the same age as yours, and knowing you’ve done something wonderful to stimulate your little one’s development.
The pedestrian entrance is on Theobald’s Road, but if driving, head a little further along the road to find the entrance for cars (marked Cuffley Primary school vehicle entrance and South Herts Music Centre). The gates may be closed – simply ring the call button and the gates will open. Head up the drive into the car park and find the main entrance, and our classes take place in the main hall. For public transport, Bus no. 242 stops on Northaw Rd.
Grab a coffee after class at any of the local coffee shops, about a 10 mins walk away. Our favourites are @cuffleycafe, Piyaz Cafe or Haus for lunch. There is free parking for the first hour adjacent to Cuffley library and there’s some great kid’s gift shopping available too at www.whiteribbongifts.co.uk on Station Road and an amazing butchers/deli at The Pickled Pig.
