Summer Sessions FAQs

Magical Musical Adventures for Babies & Toddlers Every Day of the Week!

Monday 20th July – Sunday 30th August 2026

What are Mini Mozart Summer Sessions?

This summer, we’re doing something a little bit different.

From Monday 20th July to Sunday 30th August 2026, we’ll be taking Mini Mozart beyond the usual term timetable, with special Summer Sessions designed to feel like small days out: live music, stories, bubbles, beautiful spaces and the Mini Mozart magic families already know and love.

Will normal term-time classes still be running?

Our usual term timetable will pause for the summer holidays. Summer Sessions will run separately from Monday 20th July to Sunday 30th August 2026.

How do I book?

Members will get priority access to book Summer Sessions from Monday 22nd June until Monday 6th July.

After the member priority booking window, we’ll open remaining spaces to the general public from Monday 6th July.

All Summer Sessions need to be booked in advance.

Are places limited?

Yes. Summer Session spaces are limited and some venues may book up quickly, so we recommend booking as early as you can.

How does this work as a member?

Each child with an active Mini Mozart Membership will receive a code which can be used to book 6 Summer Sessions.

You can use this code to book Summer Sessions across all venues throughout the summer while your Membership is active.

Your Membership needs to be active when you book and when you attend your Summer Session.

How long do members get priority booking?

Members will have 2 weeks of priority access to book Summer Sessions before we share booking details with the general public.

You can still book after this priority window, but places will then be open more widely and subject to availability.

Can I use my code at any Summer Session venue?

Yes, it can be used at any Summer Session venue.

Can I use my code in term time?

No. The code is specifically for Mini Mozart Summer Sessions running between Monday 20th July and Sunday 30th August 2026.

Is there a cash alternative if I don’t use all 6 Summer Sessions?

No. The 6 Summer Sessions are a member benefit and there’s no cash alternative or refund for unused sessions. Your code can only be used for Mini Mozart Summer Sessions running between Monday 20th July and Sunday 30th August 2026.

Can I share my Summer Session code with someone else?

No. Summer Session codes can’t be shared and all sessions need to be booked using the registered email address linked to your Mini Mozart Membership.

You’re very welcome to use your code to book another child into a Summer Session, but the booking still needs to be made through your registered email address. Each child attending will need their own ticket.

Can I use two vouchers for the same session so I can book a sibling in too?

Yes, of course. Each child attending needs their own ticket, so you can use an extra voucher to book a sibling or friend into the same session.

Can I book more than 6 Summer Sessions?

Yes, subject to availability. Once you’ve used your code 6 times, you’ll be able to book additional Summer Sessions as paid drop-ins where spaces are available.

I’m not a member. How can I book?

If you’d like to book ahead and take advantage of priority access to Summer Sessions, you’ll need to become a Mini Mozart member at your local class by Wednesday 1st July.

Membership auto-renews on the same day each month, so you can continue into the Autumn term with us and enjoy more weekly classes at your local home venue.

After Monday 6th July, remaining Summer Session spaces will be released as drop-ins, subject
to availability.

What age are the sessions for?

Summer Sessions are suitable from birth up to age 5.

Babies, toddlers, pre-schoolers and older siblings who still fancy one more Mini Mozart adventure are all very welcome.

Do adults need to book a ticket?

No. Tickets are for children only. Each child’s ticket includes space for one grown-up to come in with them.  Grown-ups need to stay with their child throughout the session.

What happens if I need to cancel a session?

If you need to cancel, please email us at [email protected] at least 48 hours before the session.

That gives us time to offer the space to another family and we’ll help you use your code to book a different Summer Session, subject to availability.

What happens if I cancel my Membership in the summer?

Free access to 6 Summer Sessions is a benefit of having an active membership.

If your Membership ends before a Summer Session you’ve booked, that booking will no longer be valid and we’ll cancel the space so another family can book.

Some sessions are outdoors. What happens if the weather is bad?

If we need to cancel an outdoor session because of bad weather, we’ll let you know by 4.30pm the day before the session at the latest.

If your session is cancelled, you’ll be able to book another Summer Session, subject to availability.

How will I find outdoor sessions?

For outdoor sessions, we’ll share clear meeting details in advance, including a what3words location where helpful.

What should we bring to outdoor sessions?

For outdoor sessions, please bring something to sit on, weather-appropriate layers and anything your child needs to be comfortable.

What if we have access needs?

Please email us at [email protected] before booking, or as soon as you’ve booked, if you have any access needs. Some Summer Session venues will be more accessible than others, and we’ll do our best to help you choose the right session.

I have more questions. Who can I ask?

Drop us an email at [email protected] a human reads every message and will get back to you as soon as they can.
