Datchworth (Thursdays), Datchworth Village Hall, 52 Datchworth Green, Datchworth, SG3 6TL SG3 6TL (see on Google Maps)

Datchworth Village Hall is nestled in the heart of Datchworth Village, surely one of the most picturesque villages in Hertfordshire. The main hall has loads of space for toddlers to get marching around, and a wonderful view of some local horses in the fields (which the little ones love!) There’s a super local park nearby, a terrific pub and a local coffee shop, all within walking distance.

Our Classes Help Develop

What happens in class?

Our resident pianist and orchestral musicians will educate and enchant you with a carefully curated mix of Classical Music, nursery favourites, props and games. You’ll leave having had a great time, having met some other parents & carers with babies the same age as yours, and knowing you’ve done something wonderful to stimulate your little one’s development.

How do I get there?

There’s a bus stop opposite the Hall, and numbers 203, 907, 378, 203 and 301 buses stop there.

Anything else that I need to know?

We R Cakes Vintage Tea Room is a short 2 mins drive from the venue – there’s plenty of parking and indoor/outdoor seating. Just be aware they only serve cakes and tea (though what’s not to love there!). Drive another 5 mins and you’ll find The Secret Truffletier in Woolmer Green – a chocolate shop that also serves hot drinks. Alternatively, Datchworth Coffee and The Tilbury are walking distance, or you could drive 5 mins to Watton-at-Stone and try The Bull or Crumbs coffee shop. There’s also a great local park there (near the Nigel Poulton Community Hall).
